Training
Developing the skills of your employees is key to managing your industrial sites. That’s why we’ve created our own training center, Dametis Academy.
Diagnosis
An intervention is carried out on your site for an initial analysis of potential improvements.
In-depth industrial energy audit
We precisely study one or more utilities (steam, waste heat…) or a process based on the identified need. We also carry out regulatory or voluntary industrial energy audits upon request.
Feasibility study
We carry out specific studies as part of temporary programs such as PACTE Industrie, or preliminary studies (feasibility or APS).
Measuring plan
We assess the status of your sensors in relation to the KPIs to be monitored.
Instrumentation project
Following the measurement plan, we add or replace existing sensors to obtain all the data required for efficient energy optimization.
Sensor check
We regularly verify the proper functioning of existing measurements, from the sensor to the user.
EMS software implementation
Energy management software (or EMS software) is configured and installed to measure and control your consumption, like MyDametis.
Data validation and contextualization
Our teams then proceed with sensor calibration and data validation to ensure consistency. Contextualizing your data means giving it meaning, ensuring that its conditions and causal links are identified.
ISO 50001
An initial organizational diagnosis is carried out to analyze the gap between the current situation and the expected situation for each point of the standard. Dametis Academy then trains your employees in ISO 50001.
Implementation, maintenance of the standard
Through this step, the following are defined: the scope, context, energy policy, an energy team, the energy review, objectives linked to an action plan, SEUs and their EnPIs, etc.
Finally, to meet the annual requirements of the standard, internal or mock audits are subsequently carried out.
Master plans
