EMS software for energy efficiency and sustainable industry

MyDametis is a reactive, fast, easy-to-set-up solution that provides us with continuous, day-to-day information on plant data. The first assessment shows that over one year, we saved the equivalent of 120 tons of CO2, or around €120,000 in potential energy savings.

We called on Dametis in 2020 to carry out a project aimed at reusing energy from our processes to heat our buildings. In the first year, we reduced our gas consumption by 50%. The MyDametis tool enabled all our staff to easily access and analyze their consumption data.

Beyond the value of the MyDametis software, it’s the value of the expertise of the Dametis teams that stands out in their support. Their EMS is one of the keys to measuring, increasing and sustaining the performance of our industries.

With the rising cost of raw materials, we turned to Dametis to reduce our milk loss throughout the manufacturing process. They installed MyDametis and linked it to sensors placed on our machines. We were able to map our material losses and launch an action plan to minimize them. The result: thousands of euros saved.

We called on Dametis to study the redesign of our refrigeration systems with a view to decarbonizing our activities. Replacing our refrigeration system has enabled us to reduce our water consumption by around 10,000 m³.

We chose the MyDametis supervision platform to monitor all the indicators that fall within the validity criteria for ISO 50001 certification. Thanks to a real-time view, we’re always on top of our game, and we know the rules we need to follow to maintain our certification.
