Over the period 2019-2030, the Les Mousquetaires Group aims to reduce its carbon footprint by 55%, with 80% coming from production activities. To meet this challenge, Agromousquetaires, already very advanced in energy efficiency, has chosen Dametis to accelerate the search for energy optimization solutions. Let’s look at the numbers for one of the pilot plants: the Saint-Père dairy in Saint-Père-en-Retz.

CONTEXT

The Saint-Père dairy, owned by the Agromousquetaires group

As a subsidiary of the Les Mousquetaires Group, Agromousquetaires has been supplying French products to Intermarché and Netto stores since 1969. From meat to plant-based products and beverages, Agromousquetaires brings together 59 production sites spread across 6 performance hubs. It is the leading manufacturer of distributor brands in the territory.

Laiterie Saint-Père is one of the production units within the Flavors Hub of Agromousquetaires, which includes beverages and dairy products.

Outdated Energy Monitoring Systems

Saint-Père Dairy had outdated energy monitoring tools.

Furthermore, reports were being generated in Excel format, leading to a loss of time and consequently a decrease in team performance.

Lastly, there was no data integration between the two sites, and proper support was required for ISO 50001 compliance.
